It’s no secret that millions of Californians have benefited from attending our community colleges. But did you know that working Californians who graduate from community colleges see an average wage increase of 86 percent in just three years after completing their education?

A strong and healthy community college system is critical to California's economic growth because community colleges are the largest workforce education provider and help raise our standard of living.

Community colleges are the only chance that many Californians have to get a college education. Proposition 92, the California Community College Initiative, would reduce community college attendance fees to just $15 per unit, making community college more affordable for hundreds of thousands of students.

It would also regulate future fee increases, and establish a funding guarantee for the entire community college system. In a nutshell, Prop 92 would ensure that community college remains accessible and affordable for everyone.

Every Californian deserves the chance to go to college. Vote “YES” on Proposition 92, and help working Californians further their educations and realize their dreams.
